Returns & Exchanges

We want you to rock your gear with confidence, but if your order isn't hitting the right note, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
